Played Out: New School or Old School?
7/29/2013
We’ve just got back from the awesome Played Out event held just a few steps from Pacific Coast Highway in Southern California. Safe to say, it was a killer event with an awesome selection of cars.
Air Lift Performance was very proud to sponsor the show, now in its second year, and one thing really impressed us: the eclectic mix of cars.
Two vehicles arrived which are a perfect contrast but both super-cool in our eyes – a special Audi and a crazy Hot Rod.
J.J. Larson of Dubkorps fame rolled up in his slick Audi Widebody RSFaux fresh from its recent Speedhunters feature. You can see more of the Rotiform–wearing B5 by clicking this link. We’re digging the AWOL behind the scenes films, too.
Another car that rhymes with pure insanity is Michael Burroughs’ BMW-powered 1928 Ford Model A. What a lovely example of passion teamed-up with madness. If you want to see the full Stance|Works feature just click here.
Oh, and whilst we’re celebrating the old school cool, here’s a quality film the Stance|Works guys recently dropped.
So what do you prefer… New School or Old School?
