Air Lift Performance Mitsubishi Evo 10
4/5/2016
Imagine a suspension system that allows a super-low stance, track-tuned handling and raised ground clearance – at the push of a button – for everyday driving. It sounds too good to be true, doesn’t it? Welcome to the reality that is Air Lift Performance…
This high-performance threaded body kit was specifically designed for the Mitsubishi Evolution 10 platform, which gives you the ability to adjust the ride height even while on the move. At the touch of a button, you can lower your Evo 10 up to 4.8 inches in the front and 5.1 inches at the rear axle. The result is a car that not only looks incredible, but also has a significantly improved suspension performance with the ability to maintain total practicality on the street.
We stepped up the air suspension game with our threaded body, double bellows, bagover style air strut. The front suspension features these monotube struts which offer 30-way on-car damping adjustment. At the convenient twist of the damping adjuster, you can change the damper settings from soft all the way to a stiff performance set-up. Bolt-in camber plates, made of T-6061 red anodized aluminum, provide alignment-tuning capability and help with wheel fitment. Furthermore, each strut features a threaded body which allows you to perfectly set-up your vehicle by changing the position of the lower mount on the strut.
For the rear, we employed the use of progressive rate, sleeved bags with dampers that simply bolt onto the chassis. Just like in the front, the rear dampers use red anodized T-6061 aluminum upper mounts, this time with rubber isolators.
The Mitsubishi Evo 10 threaded body kit is available with a range of Air Lift Performance management options, including our innovative 3H height + pressure sensing system. We used a state-of-the-art 32-bit processor, advanced height + pressure algorithms and a full color controller featuring built in Bluetooth connectivity to make 3H the most advanced air management system on the market.
Our detailed instruction manuals make installation easy. Anyone with the skills to wire a stereo and swap suspension components can have their car on the ground in only a matter of hours. Basic hand tools are the only things necessary to complete the job, and there are no frame modifications necessary for install.
We torture tests all the components of this kit to 1 million cycles (approximately 100,000 miles) on a hydraulic test rig, at temperatures from -30° F to 150° F. This test lab work, combined with thousands of miles of on-road testing, not to mention a one-year manufacturer’s warranty on the suspension, and limited lifetime warranty on the latest 3P and 3H management, makes this is a kit you can count on to handle whatever the road throws down.
