GALLERY: Players Classic 2017 Presented By Air Lift Performance

Players Classic @ Goodwood is a show that needs no introduction. In a relatively short period of time – just four years, in fact – JayMac, Carl and the rest of the Players Show team have transformed this from a “cool gathering of cars at a cool location” to one of the must-attend events of the year.

Air Lift Performance is proud to have supported Players Classic from day one – not only have we seen more Air Lift-equipped cars than ever before in attendance, but the quality and execution of these cars is unbelievable. This isn’t just one of the best car shows in the UK; it’s one of the best gatherings for modified metal on the globe.

There’s no shortage of car shows in the UK and, while this is definitely a positive for car fans, it does bring with it a few negatives – the most obvious being that there ends up being a lack of new and interesting cars on display for those regular show-goers. But this has never been an issue for the Players Classic.

JayMac & Carl meticulously work through thousands of show car applications all year round, hand-picking only the best for display. With the limited space at Goodwood, it’s simply not feasible to allow every show car access and, while this approach might ruffle a few feathers, you can’t argue with the end result. It’s not about elitism, it’s about creating the best possible show.
