#LIFEONAIR Sven's Audi S3

The Wörthersee show is a great place to bump into all of the latest builds. There’s everything from spotless old timers to well-modified modern models. Sven’s S3 sedan certainly falls in the latter category and instantly caught our eye against the picturesque backdrop.

Basing his build on the latest compact Audi sports saloon was no accident – Sven knew that with the addition of an HG Motorsports software tune and exhaust system he could realize 350bhp from the 2.0T motor, and that’s exactly what he did.

To keep with this fast theme, he also installed a rear cage. It is perhaps a slightly controversial modification for a four-door car, but it’s the perfect Euro-style touch and seems so right in Austria. The cage itself is finished in red to contrast the factory black leather hide and it looks right at home in the interior.

Sven opted to lower the S3 on an Air Lift Performance threaded body air suspension kit and 3P air management system in order to keep the sporting credentials of this hot ‘S’ model intact. Sven told us he loves the way the ride height can be instantly adapted to meet obstacles in the road and that it handles fantastically on the winding Austrian roads surrounding Lake Wörthersee. He also wanted to add that if any Austrian Police are reading this, he certainly did not break any speed limits while gaining that information.

For the rolling stock, Sven decided on 3SDM 2.44 wheels in the 19×9 and 19×10 flavors. They give the car a hard edge alongside the XenonsUK front grille conversion.

If this is only the beginning of Sven’s journey with the S3, we can’t wait to see how the build unfolds! Maybe it will look totally different when we see it at next year’s event!
