Players Classic 2015 Round Up
6/16/2015
This weekend Players Classic show took place at the iconic Goodwood Motor Circuit. Presented by Air Lift Performance, this show brings together the very best of the UK’s show and shine and track focused builds.
The sun made an appearance after a damp start and thousands of people enjoyed a glimpse of British summertime at the show, now in it’s third year.
The atmosphere was buzzing as several new builds were unveiled and the air filled with the sound of track action.
Riiva Design’s E36 raised a few eyebrows as it rolled into the paddock. With a Sarto Racing wide arch kit and wrapped by Vivid Vinyl, this BMW Coupe certainly made use of it’s Air Lift Performance air ride by laying the lip spoiler on the deck.
The guys from Car Audio Security were on hand with their demo cars and a whole host of Air Lift product on display. Their Challenger project provided the soundtrack as people made their way around the show.
Out on track the Air Lift Performance S14 ripped around, and showed just how capable Air Lift air suspension is in high performance applications.
Back on the show field Ben Chandler’s Jetta Coupe showed how sometimes simple details can get attention just as well as shiny show wheels…
While Steven Doe’s E21 reminded us that shiny wheels are pretty cool too!
Above all Players Classic shows us just how diverse the UK modifying scene is right now, with people choosing anything from old Mercedes and BMWs to brand new cars as a base for their projects.
We’ll be doing spotlight posts on our favorite builds from the day, but in the mean time, enjoy this gallery from the show:
